Program Manager - Supply Chain Solutions
Location: On-site in Seattle, WA
Contract Type: 6-Month W2 Contract
Pay Rate: $71-$81/hour, depending on experience
Russell Tobin is partnering with a leading global technology company known for its innovative approach to ecommerce and logistics. We are seeking a Program Manager to support a highly strategic supply chain initiative focused on developing next-generation operational solutions.
In this role, you will be part of a forward-thinking team that is building out scalable, end-to-end supply chain capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading complex projects, improving processes through data-driven decision-making, and effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex, cross-functional initiatives that deliver impactful solutions, introduce new mechanisms, or retire outdated processes.
- Drive the full program lifecycle from strategy and planning through execution and delivery.
- Understand business dependencies, including workflows, customer requirements, compliance, and legal constraints.
- Use data to influence business priorities and contribute to organizational strategy.
- Justify resource allocation, project priorities, and program adoption based on business value.
- Communicate effectively with diverse audiences, including senior leadership.
- Facilitate collaboration across stakeholders, resolve conflicts, and build consensus.
- Maintain accurate documentation and champion improvements in documentation usability and team enablement.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of program or project management experience.
- 3+ years of experience implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables and VLookups) and SQL.
- Familarity with Salesforce, Asana and/or Confluence.
- Experience leveraging data to inform and drive continuous improvement.
- Strong background in cross-functional collaboration between technical and non-technical teams.
- Bachelor s degree in business, operations, or a related field, or 8+ years of equivalent professional experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience leading end-to-end program delivery with reporting to senior leadership.
- Demonstrated success in process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders across various organizational levels.
- Master s degree or MBA in business, operations, or a related discipline.
- Experience with change management, knowledge documentation, or instructional design.
