Sr. Software Business Analyst Job Ref #: 929244

Concentrix CVG Customer Management Group Inc., Cincinnati OH, has multiple openings for the position of Sr. Software Business Analyst. Work will be performed in various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. Ability to travel and/or relocate is required. Telecommuting may be permitted.

The Sr. Software Business Analyst will analyze business processes, gather requirements, and translate them into functional and technical specifications for developers. Ensure the software being developed aligns with business objectives and meets user expectations. Collaborate with developers and users to understand how the software in play can improve production or service delivery to improve efficiencies and increase competence.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Business, or any technical/analytical field that is closely related to the specialty, plus six (6) years of experience in the same or similar IT/Computer-related field. Required experience must include experience working with: collecting and analyzing business data; monitoring and identification of information sources and data; analyzing data using statistical software; and risk management. Permanent U.S. work authorization is required for this position (no visa sponsorship available).

Salary Range:

The base salary range for this position is $129,563 - $137,186, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
