Seeking an Oracle Identity & Access Management Systems Analyst
** Full Time Contract Position (2 Years)
** This is a Fully Remote Position**

Description of Project

Empowers Staffing Inc. is seeking an Oracle Identity and Access Management Systems Analyst to provide services to support our client's Enterprise Oracle Identity and Access Management 11g Suite which has 13 applications integrated. The system is currently on premise in client's owned data centers and is on Oracle Market Drive support.

The work is expected to be done remotely.

  • Anticipated End Date: May 14, 2026

Desired Skills

We need a minimum of 8+ years of hands-on experience in the following:

  • Experience supporting Oracle Identity and Access Management suite, including OIM, OAM, OUD, Oracle Database, Oracle WebLogic
  • Experience with Linux operating systems support
  • Experience reading and tailing logs for troubleshooting
  • Understanding of integration methods: Header Based, Secure LDAP, WebSphere TAI, SAML and OAuth
  • Knowledge of SOAP and REST API calls

Sample Tasks

  • Oracle IAM 11g suite system monitoring and maintenance
  • Proactively retrieve and apply patches from Oracle's market driven support for 11g, including any security patching
  • Apply any upgrades or patching that needs to be done in the environment, for example java upgrades
  • Manage replacement of digital certificates, including creating the CSR and applying the certificate
  • Troubleshooting Identity and Access issues as reported by application teams via incident and work order tickets.
  • Monitor and maintain a State custom enterprise user management component
  • Meet SLA response requirements at the various severity levels documented by the State
  • Provide increased monitoring and on call support during peak times, like open enrollment
  • Provide support for disaster recovery exercise efforts annually
  • Knowledge transfer to State team, as necessary
This role can be W2 or 1099/C2C and is open for anyone with valid work authorization in the US. H1B transfer candidates are more than welcome to apply for this role.
