Must have -

- Proficient in Data analysis, gathering/finalizing requirements, creating user stories in JIRA with clear acceptance criteria
- Ability and experience to own multiple features and drive them to completion - track progress, work with internal/externals stakeholders and teams to drive progress, escalate risks/issues to Product Owner
- Experience with SQL and relational data
- Clear communication and good organization skills
- Familiarity and experience with JIRA and Confluence and working in an agile environment
- Required to be onsite (in McLean, VA ) for 5 days/week
- Nice to have

- Prior or recent experience working at Freddie, Fannie, CSS
- Experience working in MBS (Mortgage-Backed Securities) and/or Securitization domain would be great
- Experience working with non-relational data (Mongo or any NoSQL DB)
- Familiarity and experience working with Collibra Data Intelligence platform (to track data lineage and governance)
