We are seeking a highly skilled, experienced, and dynamic Lead Software Engineer to join our innovative tech services team. As the Lead Software Engineer, you will be responsible for driving the design, development, and delivery of high-quality, cutting-edge software solutions. This role involves working with a team of talented engineers to produce innovative software solutions that help enterprises secure their AI Agents. This is a permanent, full-time position that requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in the tech services industry.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of software engineers to develop, test, and maintain high-quality software solutions.
- Drive the architecture, design, and implementation of highly scalable, reliable, and performant systems using Rust, React and TypeScript
- Collaborate with engineers and clients to understand requirements, set priorities, and build software solutions that deliver value to our customers.
- Implement best practices in coding, testing, and deployment methodologies to ensure the production of high-quality code.
- Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the troubleshooting, debugging, and resolution of software issues to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices and leverage them to improve our software solutions and processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with a focus on front-end development.
- Proven experience with React, Rust and TypeScript.
- Extra consideration for those with Terraform, Google Cloud, LLM, PostgreSQL, and MCP experience.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a knack for complex troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of leading high-performing software engineering teams.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
- A passion for technology and a constant drive to stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements.
