Role: Revenue Management Business Process Owner
Location: 325 Corporate Dr, Mahwah, NJ 07430- Remote
Travel up to 30%
POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Revenue Management Leader is responsible for representing Stryker s interests enterprise-wide in the area of revenue management. This role drives global coordination across divisions, shared services, functions, and geographies in developing and implementing a transformative, comprehensive global solution for Stryker s revenue management functions. The position partners with Accelerate Business Process Owners and Deployment Leads to design and implement future-state revenue management processes for Stryker s commercial businesses.
The individual will work closely with the global application IT solution owner to deliver designs that support business requirements and align with the commercial template solution. This role plays a critical part in achieving program goals, objectives, and deliverables through execution of scope, design, and deployment activities, while also providing support across workstreams to meet deployment milestones.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Leverage deep understanding of revenue management business processes (including contracts & pricing activation, incentive rebate management, GPO admin fees, and chargeback management) across the end-to-end commercial order-to-cash cycle.
- Assess and understand current ( as-is ) processes across divisions and geographies, and drive acceptance of the commercial template solution while balancing unique business requirements.
- Collaborate with business process experts across functions and regions to deliver harmonized, standardized business processes aligned to the global application roadmap.
- Work closely with Business Process Deployment Leads, Business Process Owners (BPOs), and End-to-End Leads to ensure solution adoption from scope and design through testing, training, and deployment.
- Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to champion adoption of future-state processes.
- Provide input and influence on global application selection, design approach, and deployment readiness activities (e.g., data conversion, testing, training, change management).
- Support issue resolution, risk mitigation, and timely decision-making for program success.
- Participate in global and regional process workshops, supporting Global and Business Process Leads.
- Take ownership for timely delivery of project activities within the assigned business process area, ensuring alignment to program goals and compliance requirements.

- Leadership & Influence (5+ years): Proven experience leading and influencing cross-functional/global teams at the Manager level or above, with strong ability to build consensus and drive alignment across diverse stakeholders.
- Strategic & Tactical Balance (5+ years): Demonstrated capability to operate strategically on business process design while tactically executing program deliverables in complex, global environments.
- Business Acumen (10+ years): Deep understanding of organizational dynamics, financial drivers, and regulatory/compliance considerations impacting revenue management processes.
- Change Management (5+ years): Experience driving adoption of large-scale business process or system transformations, managing stakeholder resistance, and implementing change management frameworks.
- Collaboration & Relationship Building (10+ years): Strong track record of building trusted partnerships across geographies, functions, and leadership levels to deliver enterprise-wide initiatives.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving (7+ years): Advanced skills in data analysis, issue resolution, and root-cause identification with proven ability to recommend and implement process improvements.
- Technical Proficiency (7+ years): Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio); working knowledge of revenue management systems (Model N or similar), ERP systems, and reporting/visualization tools.
- Communication (10+ years): Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience delivering presentations and facilitating workshops with large and diverse groups.
Qualifications & Experience
- Industry Experience: Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience in commercial operations, finance, or revenue management, across multiple geographies and process areas.
- Specialized Experience: At least 3+ years of hands-on sub-process experience in Contract Operations, Pricing, Rebates, GPO Fee Management, or Chargebacks.
- System Expertise: Proven experience with Model N or similar revenue management applications required. Prior involvement in ERP, large-scale business systems, or transformational programs is strongly preferred.
- Process Knowledge: Strong background in Contract Operations, Commercial Operations, and Order-to-Cash processes, with ability to evaluate upstream and downstream impacts.
