Job Description:
- Need to work from office 3 days a week.
Experience in Automation Testing tools like Selenium
Familiarity with software testing methodologies and best practices
Develop Testing Strategy, Test plan, Requirement Traceability document, Test environment data set up.
Strong experience in various testing approaches of Application Testing , Functional testing, Regression testing, integration testing and Cross Browser testing.
Demonstrate great collaboration working with cross functional teams and ensure communication with onsite-onshore of deliverables.
Ability to work independently and lead QA team and manage the QA activities.
Excellent attention to detail with effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in using testing tools and bug tracking systems.
Familiar with Agile sprints
Good to have experience in PLM Teamcenter, AWC navigation, Part Management, Bill of Materials, and Integrations with Enterprise Systems.
Knowledge of Compliance Management and IPC 1752 XML
Good to have experience in regulations REACH, RoHS
- Strong background in automation using object-oriented programming language (Java).
- Experience to automate using Selenium/Java for TestNG framework
- Good understanding on Page Object Model design pattern
- Handson experience in any version control system - GITHUB , build tool - Maven and IDE - IntelliJ or Eclipse
Experience with below mentioned will be a plus:
- Jenkins in CI/CD pipeline
- Team center knowledge.

About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PLM Techno-Functional Consultant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end PLM system lifecycle, including configuration, customization, and integration with other enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into PLM system configurations and customizations.
- Lead system integration initiatives between PLM and other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM).
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system design, architecture, and user manuals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to PLM systems.
- Conduct system testing, validation, and performance tuning.
- Provide end-user support and training on PLM functionalities and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards.
- Stay updated with the latest PLM technologies and trends to recommend improvements and innovations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 15+ years of Proven experience in implementing and managing PLM systems (e.g., Siemens Teamcenter)
- Strong understanding of product data management (PDM) and product lifecycle processes.
- 2+ year of Hands-on experience with PLM system configuration, customization, and scripting.
- Knowledge of integration technologies (e.g., APIs, middleware) and experience with ERP systems.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Worked with Siemens Teamcenter, and any certification.

- Analyze business and functional software requirements to create detailed test cases and test scripts.

- Identify, report, and track software defects and issues.

Preferred Qualifications:
- ISTQB or other relevant software testing certification.
