This role involves managing cross-functional teams, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery of a complex technology transformation.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end technical implementation of the labor forecasting modernization project.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to manage dependencies and ensure timely delivery.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans aligned with business goals.
- Track and communicate program status, risks, and decisions to stakeholders.
- Facilitate issue resolution and risk mitigation strategies.
- Provide clear, consistent updates and reporting to leadership, recommending adjustments as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience managing third-party software implementations, particularly in HR or labor scheduling domains.
- Strong program management skills, including stakeholder communication, risk management, and executive reporting.
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional technology projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with AI/ML-driven forecasting or scheduling tools.
- Understanding of labor standards and workforce planning systems.
- Ability to foster collaboration and drive alignment across diverse teams.
