Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors LMS Consultant OR SAP HR LMS Implementation Lead/Support (SuccessFactors)
Location Remote
Duration Long-Term Contract

Key Responsibilities:
LMS Implementation & Configuration: Lead or support the implementation, configuration, and rollout of SuccessFactors LMS modules to align with business requirements.
Requirement Gathering & Collaboration: Partner with Learning & Development, HR, and IT teams to understand learning needs and ensure LMS configurations meet business goals.
LMS Administration & Optimization: Configure learning items, programs, curricula, assignment profiles, and user roles within SuccessFactors LMS. Administer and optimize the system by managing users, assignments, certifications, and reporting.
Troubleshooting & Support: Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, providing prompt and efficient solutions. Liaise with SAP support for escalated issues or technical assistance.
System Integration: Support the integration of LMS with other modules such as Employee Central, and third-party systems including content providers and compliance tracking tools.
Reporting & Analytics: Generate and analyze LMS reports, providing insights to ensure continuous improvement in learning processes.
Required Skills:
1. SuccessFactors Learning: Extensive experience with SuccessFactors Learning (LMS), including configuration and system administration.
2. LMS Configuration & Management: Proficiency in configuring learning items, programs, curricula, assignments, and user roles.
3. Collaboration Skills: Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams (L&D, HR, IT) to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
4. Problem Solving & Troubleshooting: Strong troubleshooting abilities to resolve system issues efficiently and liaise with SAP support when necessary.
5. System Integration: Experience in supporting integration between LMS and other HRIS systems or third-party tools (e.g., content providers, compliance systems).
6. Reporting & Analytics: Experience in generating reports and leveraging analytics to improve system functionality and learning outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central or other SuccessFactors modules.
Certifications in SuccessFactors LMS or similar learning platforms.
Knowledge of learning technologies, content delivery methods, and best practices.
