Job Overview:
As a Project Manager supporting client's Innovation Center, you will drive technology transformation projects that impact teams across the business. Your day will involve collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, managing project plans, monitoring delivery progress, and ensuring initiatives stay on track. You will balance multiple projects of moderate-to-high complexity, identify roadblocks proactively, and ensure clear communication and leadership across global teams. This role requires a strong ability to translate business goals into actionable technical solutions while meeting expectations for quality, schedule, and budget.

Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, leadership, and judgment.
  • Quickly understand project scope, objectives, and requirements, and own the project plan, schedule, vendor management, issues, and risks.
  • Manage the delivery of multiple features/projects concurrently with moderate to high levels of complexity and risk.
  • Oversee dependencies and impacts with other teams and business functions.
  • Ensure project commitments and deliverables are met.
  • Interact daily with development teams, quality engineering, business analysts, product managers, and cross-functional business teams.
  • Provide global and cross-functional leadership to local and virtual project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
  • Ensure client satisfaction with delivery to schedule and budget.

Qualifications:
  • Project management and information systems software development lifecycle experience.
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Knowledge of business applications and process optimization, with a focus on Salesforce and Slack.
  • Expert project management skills, including communication, planning, risk management, and capacity planning.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and principles.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills, including the ability to present complex ideas concisely.
  • Comfortable presenting to senior-level stakeholders and large audiences.
  • Strong team player with experience working with virtual and global cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and experience managing large, complex projects.
  • Formal project management training and education.

Desired Skills:
  • Professional project management credentials (e.g., PMP).
  • Advanced negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of on-demand web applications, web services APIs, and integration technologies.
  • Background in business process analysis, requirements, design, and quality.
  • Experience in business partner relationships, business value scorecards, and portfolio management.

Pay Range: $60 - $70/hr. on W2

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
