Job Details
Role Summary: Lead the design and architecture of the new data platform, ensuring scalability, security, and performance across Snowflake, DBT, Power BI, and SQL Server.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define architecture for Snowflake, DBT, Power BI, and SQL Server integration.
- Establish data governance and security protocols.
- Guide engineering teams on best practices and standards.
- Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies.
- Lead Agile Scrum teams and mentor junior members.
Required Skills:
- Overall experience of 12+ years
- 4-6 years of experience in data architecture or engineering.
- Deep expertise in cloud data platforms (especially Snowflake).
- Experience architecting solutions with DBT and BI tools.
- Strong understanding of data modeling and warehousing.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proven experience working in Agile Scrum environments.
