Technical/Functional Skills

• Very proficient on CRM Business Processes in Field Service, Sales and Marketing Automation functionality for CRM Online/Dynamics 365 CRM
• Techno-functional exposure in various domains.
• Well experienced in Field Service, sales and Marketing modules.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM D365.
• Should have worked in client facing role
• Should have worked on extending dynamics CRM by plugins, custom workflow activities and web resources.
• Should have a good understanding of CRM security model
• Should have experience in creating OOB CRM and Custom/SSRS reports for CRM.
• Hands on Experience in configuring, customizing MS Dynamics CRM, CRM Web API and JavaScript (OData/REST).

Roles & Responsibilities

• Create Techno-functional fitment by interacting with client stakeholders
• Co-ordinate with various stakeholders including Microsoft and other 3rd Party vendors
• Coordination with offshore team
• Authoring and maintaining Functional Requirements document and Functional design document

• Coaching and guiding the development team on requirements and functional aspects
• Functional unit testing, end to end testing of the implemented solution
• Ability to provide end user training
• Create Integration specifications and design
