Job Details

We have an immediate need of Senior Systmes Analyst with strong ITIL-based application support experience to support enterprise healthcare systems. for one of our client.

Location: Remote (USA)

Key Requirements (Must-Have):

7+ years of Systems Analyst / Business Systems Analyst experience

Hands-on ITIL experience is REQUIRED (Incident, Problem, Change, Release)

Strong experience supporting production applications in enterprise environments

End-to-end involvement across SDLC & STLC

Experience creating functional specs, system flows, data flow diagrams, and documentation

Strong troubleshooting & production triage skills

Experience working with ticketing tools (ServiceNow preferred)

Domain Preference:

Healthcare experience (Medicaid / MMIS / Claims / Eligibility preferred)

Technical Exposure:

SQL, relational databases (Oracle / SQL Server / DB2)

Integration & data flow understanding

Agile / Scrum environments
