Learning Systems Solution Engineer
Key Role:

Defines and provides the design, configuration, testing and delivery of low code and no code solutions with deep understanding of the learning management systems (LMS) and other cloud-based technologies to support evolving training requirements and talent management initiatives. Applies skills and extensive technical expertise or general industry knowledge. Develops and contributes to innovative solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity . Works independently with some guidance and guides the activities of junior employees, if needed.

Basic Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience with requirements gathering, solution development, testing, and implementation of enterprise systems or learning management platforms
• Experience with managing and maintaining a request backlog, including organizing tasks, tracking status, identifying blockers, and facilitating resolution
• Experience working with federal agencies or within a government environment in navigating compliance, stakeholder engagement, and governance protocols
• Experience in preparing and delivering high-quality, client-ready presentation materials, including status updates, requirements overviews, and testing documentation
• Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS), including design and implementation of learning solutions for user groups
• Knowledge of system testing processes, including developing test cases, validating functionality, and documenting results to support delivery readiness
• Ability to investigate issues and change requests to develop a clear root causes and provide actionable recommendations
• Ability to facilitate requirements gathering sessions and present system concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience with collaborating with technical leads and functional stakeholders to co-develop solution outlines, validate proposed options, and refine client deliverables across all stages of the implementation lifecycle
• Experience in conducting testing and research to deepen understanding of less familiar system capabilities and support proactive solution development
• Knowledge of talent management frameworks and processes, such as learning, competency modeling and succession planning within the federal or public sector context
• Knowledge of facilitation and communication best practices to engage clients across multiple channels, including email, meetings, slide presentations, and written documentation
• Ability to proactively prepare for client engagements by organizing relevant materials, identifying key discussion questions, and surfacing possible recommendations
• Ability to identify knowledge or skill gaps and actively seek learning opportunities to close them through self-study, mentoring
• Certification in Cornerstone OnDemand or relevant enterprise platforms.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $62,000.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
