Job Details

Must have skills:
Proven experience as a CMM Programmer, specifically in heavy industry or similar manufacturing environments.
Strong proficiency in CMM software such as PC-DMIS and Calypso
Expertise in reading and interpreting 2D drawings, technical specifications, and GD&T.
Knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
Familiarity with CNC machining processes and tolerances.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Educational background: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or related field

Detailed Job Description:
Develop and modify CMM programs to accurately measure complex CNC machined components based on technical drawings.
Read and interpret 2D engineering drawings, GD&T, and technical specifications to ensure precise inspection.
Set up and calibrate CMM equipment to ensure measurement accuracy.
Perform detailed inspections of CNC machined parts, ensuring compliance with specifications and tolerances.
Analyze measurement data, prepare inspection reports, and document findings.
Collaborate closely with CNC operators, manufacturing, and engineering teams to resolve measurement issues and improve inspection procedures.
Troubleshoot and resolve programming and measurement issues

Minimum years of experience: 8-15 years
Education: Bachelor's or Master of Engineering
