Job Title: Senior Salesforce Architect

Contract: W2 only

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Salesforce Architect with extensive hands-on expertise in Service Cloud and a proven track record of designing scalable, high-quality solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and architectural capabilities, with deep knowledge of custom development, integration, and Salesforce best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions.
  • Lead extensive configuration and custom development efforts, including Flows, Apex classes and triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Components (Aura and/or LWC).
  • Architect and implement reusable components and frameworks in adherence to Salesforce best practices and design patterns.
  • Analyze existing codebases, troubleshoot issues, and conduct debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Lead data mapping and migration activities from legacy systems to Salesforce.
  • Identify system gaps and provide architectural recommendations for design enhancements.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and business users.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of solutions, configurations, and architectural decisions.

Required Skills:

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform, including Service Cloud.
  • Expertise in Salesforce configuration and custom development.
  • Strong proficiency in Flows, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components (Aura or LWC).
  • In-depth understanding of Salesforce design patterns, best practices, and integration strategies.
  • Proven ability to design robust, reusable, and scalable solutions.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Salesforce Field Service.
