Job Details
Role- Java Developer (Remote East Coast Only)
Location: Remote (Must be based on the U.S. East Coast)
Experience: 5 years
Employment Type: Full-time( GC-EAD)
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using Core Java and Spring Boot.
- Work with Lotus Notes / HCL Notes for email, messaging, and calendaring integrations.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with distributed teams across different time zones.
- Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining project deadlines.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Core Java development.
- Strong experience with Spring Boot framework.
- Practical experience working with Lotus Notes / HCL Notes (client-server collaboration platform).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Proven ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional team environment.
