- 5+ years of experience as an Oracle APEX Developer
- Strong expertise in Oracle APEX (19c/21c or higher)
- Advanced knowledge of Oracle Database (11g/12c/19c)
- Strong PL/SQL development skills
- Experience with SQL performance tuning
- Hands-on experience with APEX Collections, Dynamic Actions, and Plug-ins
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript for UI customization
- Familiarity with REST APIs and JSON
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
