Overview:
We are looking for a talented Salesforce developer with excellent communication skills, hands-on coding experience, and expertise in development and support models, especially with Salesforce Cloud.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOAP, REST API, Flows, and other Salesforce development tools.
  • Manage day-to-day development activities on the Salesforce industries platform.
  • Support the creation of customizations and integrations required for solution delivery.
  • Develop custom applications using Apex, Lightning components (Aura & LWC), Visualforce, JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, CSS.
  • Apply best practices and experience to build Salesforce.com applications.
  • Research Salesforce.com capabilities as needed to suit business requirements and provide gap analysis.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and other developers to translate business requirements into lightweight, performance-oriented, scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related issues while providing support to internal users.

Profile Description:

  • Strong experience in Salesforce development and customization using Apex, SOQL, LWC, Lightning Aura, Visual Studio, Flow, Data Loader.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.
  • Familiarity with Communities and Manufacturing Cloud is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of security and governance (profiles, permission sets, data visibility, sharing settings).
  • Experience with REST and SOAP API modeling and integrations with other systems.
  • Strong grasp of code vs. configuration.
  • Proven experience in integrating Salesforce with other applications.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Certification:
Preferred certifications include Salesforce Cloud certification.
