LaSalle Network is partnering with a Georgia-based manufacturing leader in the resins and compounds industry to hire a Director, Business Systems. This is a unique opportunity for a proven IT leader to own enterprise-level systems strategy and execution while helping shape the company's digital future. Director, Business Systems Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary owner of the SAP ERP application and related systems


• Develop and execute a multi-year ERP roadmap aligned with organizational objectives


• Collaborate with IT and business leaders to streamline processes and enhance decision-making


• Lead ERP configuration, setup, and vendor/AMS partner management, ensuring SLA/KPI performance


• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for operational efficiency and value creation


• Partner with enterprise architecture on business capability roadmaps


• Guide project prioritization with a focus on value drivers such as EBITDA, cashflow, compliance, and safety


• Influence IT strategy and maintain oversight of application enhancement projects


• Act as a subject matter expert in SAP ERP and digital transformation initiatives

Director, Business Systems Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field


• 8-10 years leading ERP migrations, implementations, or large-scale systems projects


• 10+ years of team leadership with proven ability to manage third-party consulting partners


• Strong vendor management and C-level stakeholder engagement skills


• Hands-on experience with SAP ECC in a manufacturing environment


• Broad business process knowledge across finance, procurement, supply chain, and sales/marketing


• Expertise with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) for SAP hosting


• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills
