Job Description

We are seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to support our sales organization by managing operational tasks, optimizing processes, and providing reporting insights. This role is critical to ensuring smooth daily operations while enabling senior team members to focus on strategic initiatives.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly responsive, and eager to learn, with strong Salesforce experience and a passion for improving operational workflows.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Create and manage Salesforce campaigns, email templates, and cadences.

  • Build, export, and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve lead delivery issues to sales teams.

  • Provide reporting support for key dashboards and licenses.

  • Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires.

  • Respond to urgent operational requests and resolve process issues.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges.

  • Assemble slide decks and data summaries from Salesforce insights.

Required Experience/Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in sales operations, sales analytics, or a related field.

  • Proficient in Salesforce at a user level (reports, dashboards, campaigns).

  • Strong reporting skills, including basic Excel capabilities.

  • Ability to follow structured processes and complete tasks with minimal supervision.

  • Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of urgency.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Knowledge of SQL.

  • Experience with Tableau or other BI tools.

  • Background in SaaS sales environments.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field preferred.

Pay & Benefits Summary

  • Pay Rate: $57–$62 per hour (depending on experience).
