Description
We are looking for a skilled and success-driven Microsoft Office 365/SharePoint Instructor to join our team in Richmond, Virginia. This is a long-term contract position within the healthcare industry, offering the opportunity to deliver impactful training and guidance on Office 365 tools and data governance principles. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in empowering employees with the knowledge and skills to maximize productivity while adhering to compliance standards.
Responsibilities:
Facilitate interactive training sessions on Microsoft Office 365 tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Outlook.
Educate team members on daily user best practices to enhance productivity and efficient use of the Office 365 suite.
Provide in-depth training on data governance protocols, focusing on security, compliance, and file management within Office 365.
Develop comprehensive training materials, such as guides, manuals, and video tutorials, tailored to organizational needs.
Offer real-time support and troubleshooting assistance to employees as they adopt new tools and practices.
Monitor user engagement and collect feedback to refine training sessions and improve resource effectiveness.
Stay informed on the latest Office 365 updates and features, incorporating them into training programs.
Track and report on training progress, identifying areas for improvement and additional sessions.
Support user adoption strategies by fostering an interactive and hands-on learning environment.
Requirements
Extensive proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 tools, including Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Strong understanding of data governance, security, and compliance standards within the Microsoft 365 environment.
Proven experience in corporate training, particularly with technical tools and software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
Certification in Microsoft Office Specialist or related Microsoft certifications is preferred.
Experience in creating training materials, including manuals and video tutorials.
Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems effectively in real-time scenarios.
Familiarity with advanced tools like PowerShell and the Microsoft 365 admin center is a plus.
