Migrate to Servicenow .Pyramid Consulting Group Inc has a banking client with an immediate need for an experienced PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT SERVICENOW ENGINEER with the following background and skills:

Migrating to new experience of ServiceNow
Industry background: ServiceNow background, Prior Banking

Min 8+ years experience
1. ITOM & Discovery – Experience in Configuration into CMDB, Custom Probes & Sensors, MID Server Configurations, IP Range Creation, Service Mapping, Service Gap Connectors
2. Service Graph & Mapping – Experience in Service Mapping Implementation, CI Relationship Management
3. Configurations – Experience in Configuration of ITBM, HRSD, CSM. Creating Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI & Data Policies, UI Scripts, UI Actions, Script Includes, Access Control Lists
4. Integration & Automation – Experience in ServiceNow Integration but not limited to Salesforce, WorkDay, Ping, CyberArk, HAM, SAM, Azure, Dynatrace, Splunk
5. Performance Analytics – Design & Implementation of Dashboard, Reports
6. ITSM – Experience working on Change, Incident, Demand, Portfolio, Knowledge, Problem management
7. Migration & Upgrade – ServiceNow version upgrade, Use of ATF, Update set migration between lower env instances
8. Service Portal, Employee Centre, Employee Centre Pro, Service Catalog Experience

Education/Certifications:
ServiceNow System Administration Certified preferred, degree not required

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Perform design tasks and develop components of application and technical architecture
• Develop test cases and data
• Execute tests for the application or technical architecture components, work with other programmers, designers, and architects to meet application requirements and performance goals, participate in code reviews, inform the technical architect and project manager of any issues that may affect any other areas of the project, fix any defects and performance problems discovered in testing, document the application to facilitate maintenance.
• Assists with selecting appropriate platforms, integrates and configures solutions.
• Develops software components and hardware for new and emerging technology projects; aligns these with business strategies and objectives.
• May provide consultation on common issues and best practices for junior staff.
• Provides a systematic analysis on client requirements within the traceability framework and resolves any functional problems encountered.
• Ensures quality of project deliverables while maintaining compliance with relevant standards and processes.
