Job Details

Supplier to assign an experienced Change Manager to lead and manage all organizational change management (OCM) activities for a large-scale SAP implementation project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing change management strategies, ensuring stakeholder alignment, and driving successful adoption of new processes and systems. This is a full-time role dedicated to the project, requiring on-site presence in Tennessee, USA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy and plan for the SAP implementation.
  • Manage change across all phases of the project, from initial impact assessment to post-go-live adoption.
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis and develop targeted engagement plans.
  • Lead communications planning and execution, ensuring clear and consistent messaging to all impacted audiences.
  • Design and oversee end-user training strategy, coordinating with functional leads and training teams.
  • Monitor change readiness and adoption levels, addressing resistance and concerns proactively.
  • Facilitate change network meetings and provide regular updates to project leadership.
  • Coordinate with business process owners to ensure smooth transition to new SAP-enabled processes.
  • Support post-go-live stabilization by tracking adoption metrics and continuous improvement opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 8+ years of change management experience, with at least 3 years in large-scale ERP/SAP implementations.
  • Auto parts industry experience is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step, etc.).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders across different levels of the organization.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience designing and delivering large-scale training and communication programs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage resistance to change.
  • Familiarity with automotive manufacturing industry preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Must be willing and able to work full-time on-site in Lewisburg,Tennessee, USA.
