Job Overview:

Seeking a DotNet Developer (5-7 years) with expertise in C# and VB.Net to develop and deliver robust business solutions. This role involves direct client collaboration, ensuring seamless execution through close coordination with stakeholders and offshore teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain DotNet applications using C# and VB.Net.
  • Collaborate with business and offshore teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Develop and optimize database designs, ensuring efficiency in SQL Server or other database technologies.
  • Create and maintain web applications using ASP.NET, MVC, APIs, and front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Conduct code reviews to maintain high standards of quality, performance, and security.
  • Contribute to software architecture and design, aligning with best industry practices.
  • Apply Agile methodologies and version control systems such as Git.

Required Skills & Experience:

Must-Have:

  • 5-7 years of hands-on experience in DotNet development.
  • Proficiency in C# and VB.Net.
  • Strong understanding of the .NET framework, including ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core.
  • Expertise in SQL database design and development.
  • Experience developing web applications with ASP.NET, MVC, APIs, and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Client-facing experience, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with microservices architecture.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
