Compensation: $120,000 DOE

Location: North Carolina, this is a remote position.

Our client is hiring a ServiceNow Administrator in the EdTech Industry. In a collaborative environment, you will play an integral role in daily support and administration of the ServiceNow platform. Using DevOps and Agile methodology, you'll be responsible for the development and direction of service portals, workflows, and various applications as well as the delivery of scalable, secure solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate test activities and build dashboards for internal operations.


• Analyze application functionality by leading code reviews.


• Daily platform administration, including managing ServiceNow service requests, escalations, and cases.


• Activate plugins in Now Support


• Assure stability within the platform by monitoring performance, finding and fixing errors to assure environments are stabilized.

Requirements:

• Experience using JavaScript, HTML, Web Services, and XML.


• ITSM V3 or V4 certifications are a must.


• At least 5 years of experience with administration, development, and implementation in ServiceNow platform.


• Experience with top cloud platforms.


• Scrum, DevOps, or Agile experience.


• Excellent communication and analytical skills.


• Certified ServiceNow Systems Administrator
