Title: Business Operations Coordinator

Job Description:
This position provides administrative and operational support to the Provider Communications team, assisting with coordination, follow-up, and documentation across multiple initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting dental office communications and will be skilled at managing shared inboxes, tracking deliverables, and ensuring timely responses to both internal and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and respond to group inbox messages, acknowledging receipt and providing updates or responses when possible.
Support provider communication efforts, including drafting and tracking business briefs and follow-ups.
Coordinate with Market Insights, Branding, and Creative teams to obtain project status updates and ensure deliverables remain on schedule.
Maintain tracking logs, status reports, and documentation for ongoing initiatives.
Prepare and edit communications, reports, and other business correspondence.
Provide general administrative support to Business Analysts and team leadership.

Skills/Experience:
Qualifications
High School Diploma required.
Minimum one (1) year of experience working in a dental front office
Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Resourceful, proactive, and detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
Must reside near Oakland, CA or Rancho Cordova, CA; remote candidates must reside within the Pacific Time Zone (PST).

Written:
Ability to clearly present written information and findings.
Must be able to understand fairly complex written and oral instructions.
Verbal:
Ability to communicate concepts clearly to gain a collaborative understanding from those involved in the discussion.
