Akkodis currently has a Systems Administrator Level I position with a client located in Rochester, NY. This is an onsite position, so the person needs to live within 40 miles of XXXXX. No C2C or agencies allowed with this position.
Rate Range: $25.00/hour to $28.00/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Systems Administrator Level I to troubleshoot software, resolve network connectivity issues, and assisting with hardware/software installations. Diagnose and resolve technical issues. contribute to maintaining our clients' systems up-to-date and running smoothly.
Skills:
Looking for someone who has experience supporting Windows and has worked with (Windows, macOS) operating systems.
Technical knowledge: Windows desktop OS, Apple MacOS, Windows Server and Microsoft O365 and Google apps
Experience diagnosing and resolving basic hardware and software issues.
Good troubleshooting skills, and experience with help desk ticketing systems and remote support tools.
