Job Details

Minimum 10+ years of experience is needed

Strong hands-on expertise in Workday Financial modules, including configuration, functional design, with a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.

Strong proficiency in Workday Security, User/Role management, Business Processes, EIBs

Advanced Workday reporting skills (Advanced, Matrix, Composite, Calculated Fields) along with experience using Prism Analytics and Accounting Center to streamline accounting processes.

Demonstrated track record of driving process improvements and optimizing system functionality for Finance operations.

Deep understanding of core finance processes, including Procure-to-pay, Quote-to-Cash, Customer/Supplier Management, Expense Management, GL Accounting, Consolidations, and master data structures.

Familiarity with Workday release cycles, change control processes, and evaluating new platform features for implementation.

Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across Finance, Technical, and cross-functional teams. Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
