Position: Oracle Cloud HCM/SCM Reporting Analyst

Duration: 6 Months to Hire

Location: Remote (MUST BE IN: 5-state region - MN, WI, IA, ND, SD)

 

Overview

We are seeking an Oracle Cloud ERP Report Developer – HR/Payroll Focus to support our Human Capital Management (HCM) team. and SCM ( Supply Chain managment) ,This role will help deliver high-quality reporting solutions that drive insights into HR operations, payroll accuracy, and workforce analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT stakeholders to gather and document reporting requirements for Oracle Cloud HCM and Payroll modules.
  • Design, develop, and validate reports using tools such as BI Publisher, OTBI, FRS, and HCM Extracts.
  • Develop standard and ad-hoc reports to support HR business processes including payroll compliance, benefits administration, and workforce planning.
  • Perform data analysis and mapping to ensure accuracy between Oracle Cloud HCM and integrated systems.
  • Partner with HR technology and business teams to optimize reporting solutions and ensure adherence to security and privacy standards.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies and product planning sessions to manage and prioritize report-related backlog items.
  • Provide production support for vended and in-house reporting applications.
  • Share best practices, mentor team members, and support quarterly Oracle Cloud updates.

 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years’ experience developing reports in Oracle Cloud ERP (HCM and Payroll modules strongly preferred).
  • Proficiency in BI Publisher, SQL, PL/SQL, HCM Extracts, and BICC.
  • Proven ability to translate HR and payroll business requirements into technical specifications and reporting outputs.
  • Familiarity with ESS job scheduling, bursting, and Flexfield configuration.
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills across technical and functional teams.
  • Ability to be on-call for priority business needs.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of healthcare or health plan IT experience.
  • Experience with Benefits, Compensation, and Time & Labor data models.
  • Certified Oracle HCM Cloud or payroll reporting credentials
