Key Responsibilities & Strategic Impact Areas: Define and execute global alliance and ecosystem partnership strategy aligned to corporate growth goals. Act as executive sponsor for Tier-1 partner relationships driving long-term co-investment and engagement. Drive multi-million-dollar partner-led and partner-influenced revenue growth across global markets. Scale co-sell and co-delivery models with regional sales organizations and partner field teams. Develop strategic joint business plans (JBPs), partner scorecards, and governance mechanisms. Expand co-innovation portfolio including partner marketplace solutions and industry-specific offerings. Ensure strong certification-based capability build across Cloud, Data, Security, and AI. Collaborate with product engineering teams to shape differentiated service offerings. Represent the organization in global partner leadership councils, technology conferences, and executive forums. Lead and mentor a high-performing alliances leadership team across regions.
Experience & Qualifications: Demonstrated capability of building and nurturing Alliance relationships for IT Services Firm 15+ years in IT services or cloud ecosystem roles with proven global alliance leadership. Minimum 8+ years managing hyperscale (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform) and Other strategic OEM partnerships. Strong understanding of cloud modernization, cybersecurity, digital services, and AI capabilities. Experience managing $20M+ partner-influenced pipelines and multi-region GTM execution. Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders across partner and customer ecosystems. MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
Leadership & Communication: Executive Presence: Ability to drive C-level conversations and influence decision-making. Collaboration & Team Leadership: Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and delivery teams to drive business growth. Thought Leadership: Ability to represent the company in industry forums, webinars, and conferences as a subject matter expert (SME).
