Job Title: Oracle Fusion CHRM/TPM Consultant
Location: Remote
Employment Type: Contract
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Consultant with expertise in Channel Revenue Management (CRM) and Trade Promotions Planning (TPM). The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Fusion modules to optimize channel incentives, trade spend, and promotions management for our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and configure Oracle Fusion Channel Revenue Management (CRM) modules including Trade Management, Claims, and Rebates.
- Set up and manage Trade Promotions Planning (TPM) processes to optimize trade spend and promotional effectiveness.
- Work with business stakeholders to define requirements, map processes, and recommend best practices.
- Integrate CRM and TPM with Order Management, AR, and Supply Chain modules.
- Support data migration, testing, and user training activities.
- Provide ongoing support, enhancements, and troubleshooting for deployed solutions.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Channel Revenue Management and Trade Promotions Planning modules.
- Knowledge of claims, deductions, rebates, and promotions management processes.
- Familiarity with integration to Finance (AR/AP), Order Management, and SCM.
- At least 5+ years of experience in Oracle ERP/Cloud applications, with 2–3+ years in Fusion CRM/TPM.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Preferred (Nice to Have):
- Experience with BI reporting for trade promotions and revenue management.
- Exposure to CPG, Retail, or Pharma industry domains.
- Oracle certifications in relevant Fusion modules.
