Job Title: Sr. Solutions Sales Engineer
Location: Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid)
Description:
We re looking for a Sr. Solutions Sales Engineer who enjoys mixing AI technology with customer conversations.
What you ll do:
- Partner with sales teams to deliver demos, technical discussions, and PoCs
- Design end-to-end AI solutions for enterprise customers
- Explain AI concepts clearly models, pipelines, LLMs, APIs, RAG, and fine-tuning
- Guide clients on AI adoption, value, and ROI (not just cool demos)
What we re looking for:
- Strong technical background with a customer-facing mindset
- Comfortable talking tech and business in the same conversation
- Passion for helping customers turn AI ideas into real solutions
