Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAP OTC (Order-to-Cash) Consultant with strong expertise in Variant Configuration (VC) to join our SAP implementation/support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing OTC business processes, ensuring seamless integration with logistics, manufacturing, and finance modules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the SAP OTC process including Sales Order Management, Pricing, Delivery, Billing, and Credit Management.
- Configure and manage Variant Configuration (VC) models including characteristics, classes, dependencies, and configuration profiles.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical SAP solutions.
- Work on integration points between OTC, MM, PP, SD, and FI modules.
- Handle end-to-end configuration and testing of ATP (Available to Promise), Pricing Procedures, Output Determination, and Account Determination.
- Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system stability.
- Support change management, training, and documentation efforts.
- Work closely with ABAP developers for custom developments, enhancements, and user exits.
- Participate in cutover, data migration, and go-live activities.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in the OTC process area.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 10 12 years of SAP SD/OTC experience with at least 2 3 full-cycle implementations.
- Strong hands-on experience in Variant Configuration (VC) setup and maintenance.
- Deep knowledge of Sales Order processing, Delivery, Billing, Pricing, Credit, and Returns management.
- Good understanding of cross-functional integrations with MM, PP, and FI.
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA environment preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work with global teams in an onsite offshore delivery model.
