Location: Bellevue, WA (3-4 days onsite) Hybrid
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Owner with a strong background in Salesforce, integration layers, and APIs to join our dynamic team.
Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead initiatives on the Salesforce Integration Layer (SIL), focusing on integration with middleware technologies such as Java and Spring applications.
Collaborate with developers and architects to define user stories with detailed acceptance criteria, ensuring clarity and alignment with project goals.
Leverage strong middleware experience with Rest APIs, Conductor, and AWS to enhance integration solutions.
Work closely with the Technical Product Manager and Scrum Master to develop and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to align on project goals and deliverables.
Understand and contribute to API design, and work with message-driven systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ to ensure robust integration strategies.
Ensure that product development aligns with business needs and technical capabilities, acting as a bridge between business and technical teams.
Salesforce experience is a plus but not mandatory for the role.
Qualifications:
Strong technical background, with a preference for candidates who have transitioned from a developer role to a Product Owner position.
Middleware experience with Rest APIs, Conductor, and AWS is crucial.
A background in Java and Spring applications is strongly desired.
Solid understanding of API design and message-driven systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and business stakeholders.
Experience in leading product development and roadmap planning in an Agile environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Proven track record in delivering complex technical projects and understanding middleware integration.
