Description
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a high-impact rebranding initiative for a prominent manufacturing organization in Lakeville, Minnesota. This long-term contract position offers an exciting opportunity to manage complex, cross-functional workstreams and ensure alignment across diverse teams. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving project milestones, maintaining communication, and delivering results in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities:
Lead the execution of a major rebranding initiative, ensuring seamless coordination across multiple workstreams.
Serve as the central point of integration between internal departments and external vendors.
Oversee progress on website development, marketing communications, and brand-related deliverables.
Manage manufacturing, operations, and supply chain workstreams to align with project goals.
Facilitate backend IT systems integration and data management processes related to the rebranding.
Identify and resolve roadblocks, ensuring projects stay on track and within scope.
Maintain clear, proactive communication with stakeholders to achieve cross-functional alignment.
Utilize project management tools such as Wrike and Microsoft Project to track milestones and ensure timely delivery.
Collaborate with executive sponsors and a matrixed team of 15-20 stakeholders to drive project success.
Develop streamlined processes for issue resolution and proactive project leadership.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in manufacturing or B2B environments.
Proven track record leading rebranding or brand refresh initiatives.
Strong understanding of matrixed organizational structures and cross-functional collaboration.
Expertise in project management tools such as Wrike and Microsoft Project.
Familiarity with managing marketing, IT, operations, and supply chain workstreams.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to resolve challenges efficiently.
Exceptional communication and leadership abilities to align diverse teams.
Experience handling high-visibility projects with multiple stakeholders.
