Job Details

A Salesforce Services Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and engaging potential customers for and products. Key duties include prospecting for new business, conducting product demonstrations, managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, and building relationships with existing clients to find new opportunities. Successful candidates possess strong product knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • : Identify and generate new business opportunities by reaching out to potential customers through various channels.
  • Product & Solution Selling: Understand and articulate the value of Salesforce's products and services, often involving product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales process, from initial lead contact through qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and ultimately, closing the deal.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other sales team members, such as Account Executives, to move qualified leads through the sales pipeline and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Market & Product Knowledge: Stay informed about Salesforce's evolving offerings, industry trends, and competitor activities to effectively position solutions and address customer needs.
Key Skills & Attributes:
  • Sales Acumen: Ability to effectively manage the sales process, including pitching, objection handling, and closing deals.
  • 5-6 years of relevant experience required.
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively present solutions, answer questions, and build rapport with clients.
  • Product Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products, services, and their applications to meet diverse business needs.
