Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions that drive innovation and efficiency across our organization. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in building, training, and operationalizing AI/ML models, integrating them into scalable production systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for predictive analytics, automation, and intelligent decision-making.
• Work closely with Data Scientists to refine models and optimize performance for production environments.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines for AI/ML workflows using Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
• Implement NLP (Natural Language Processing), Computer Vision, or Generative AI solutions as per project needs.
• Collaborate with software engineers and MLOps teams to integrate AI solutions into applications or platforms.
• Utilize cloud AI services (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, or Google Vertex AI) for model deployment and scaling.
• Ensure AI solutions follow ethical AI guidelines, including bias detection and model explainability.
• Continuously evaluate new AI tools, frameworks, and technologies to enhance solution capabilities.
• Develop APIs and interfaces for AI model consumption across systems.
• Monitor and fine-tune models post-deployment to maintain high accuracy and performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or applied data science.
• Strong programming experience in Python, and familiarity with libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or Keras.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs (Large Language Models), Generative AI frameworks (LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI API) is a plus.
• Experience with MLOps, model lifecycle management, and CI/CD pipelines for AI.
• Proficiency in data processing using SQL, Pandas, Spark, or similar tools.
• Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure) and their AI/ML services.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and other containerization technologies is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work in a multidisciplinary team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Generative AI, NLP, or Computer Vision projects.
• Exposure to vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma DB) and prompt engineering.
• Familiarity with API development and integration for AI-driven services.
• Contribution to open-source AI projects or AI research papers is a plus.
