Title: Application Programmer

Location: Newark, DE (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Contract,

Compensation
Pay Range:$40.09-$57.28/Hrs

Description
Support existing applications in a data management environment.
Provide 24/7 monitoring to ensure service level agreements are met.
Diagnose and resolve job failures promptly.
Collaborate with related applications for data integrity and timeliness.
Generate and present reports to senior management.
Utilize evolving tools within a data management ecosystem effectively.
Work in a production environment with large data implementations.

Key Responsibilities
Support multiple projects with competing deadlines.
Monitor production applications continuously to meet SLAs.
Triage and remediate job failures.
Coordinate with related applications for data issues.
Generate and submit reports to senior management.
Analyze and enhance existing scripts and code.
Benchmark and debug critical issues as they arise.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field, or equivalent education and training.
Seven years of experience in data management architectural approaches.
Minimum four years of experience in large data environments.
Strong understanding of distributed systems.
Excellent client-service orientation and customer service delivery skills.
Aptitude for understanding and adapting to newer technologies.
Collaborative team player with strong presentation skills.
