I'm looking for a Senior Site Reliability / DevSecOps Engineer who knows what it takes to build secure, scalable, and resilient systems - someone who thrives where development, security, and operations intersect.

This is a role for someone who sees infrastructure as a product, and holds security at the forefront of their decision making process.
What you'll be doing:
- Designing and maintaining scalable, secure infrastructure in AWS using Terraform
- Building robust CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployments
- Monitoring and improving performance and availability across environments
- Troubleshooting incidents and driving root cause analysis
- Working with engineering teams to bake in reliability from day one
- Automating manual workflows and mentoring teammates along the way
- Participating in on-call rotation (weekends and holidays may be included)
What I'm looking for:
- 5+ years in Site Reliability Engineering, DevSecOps, or DevOps roles
- Deep experience with AWS (Google Cloud Platform/Azure nice to have), plus 3+ years with Kubernetes
- Strong Terraform/IaC and CI/CD background
- Solid scripting in Bash and Python
- Experience with monitoring/logging stacks (e.g., ELK, Prometheus, Grafana)
- Understanding of secure environments and compliance (ISO, SOC2, etc.)

- Compensation: $175,000 $200,000 depending on experience
