Required Skills & Experience
  • Session Replay Administration experience - preferably Glassbox
  • Session Replay Solutions experience using Glassbox, Fullstory or Quantum Metric
  • Security and access control: Session vault for record-keeping, Segment Center, Data collection setup, and Environment configuration.
  • User and team management: User Management, Team and collaboration tools, and Audit logs.
  • Configuration and data management: Role-based access control (RBAC), Data privacy and security settings, and Secure deployment options.
  • Reporting: Data and analytics

What You Will Be Doing
  • Administer and manage session replay solutions such as Glassbox, FullStory, or Quantum Metric, ensuring effective implementation, maintenance, and configuration of these platforms.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for session replay tool administration, including troubleshooting, version upgrades, user management, and platform optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, UX, Business) to identify and define session replay requirements and drive adoption of insights to improve user experiences.
  • Build, automate, and maintain reporting dashboards to provide actionable insights for stakeholders; regularly communicate key findings and trends.
  • Oversee and organize tasks, tickets, and requests using Jira, tracking progress and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Integrate reporting and incident tracking using ServiceNow and coordinate with IT and support teams for streamlined workflows.
  • Provide expertise and guidance on session replay solutions for both web and native app environments; contribute to native app development projects where possible.
  • Stay informed on new features and best practices for session replay tools; recommend and implement platform improvements.
