Seeking a senior-level DevSecOps/OpenShift (Kubernetes) Engineer to lead platform engineering initiatives and support large enterprise applications. This role involves architecting and automating CI/CD processes, mentoring teams, and ensuring application platform alignment across cloud and containerized environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead DevSecOps, Azure DevOps, and OpenShift initiatives across enterprise projects.
Design and implement ADO structures including Wikis, pipelines, Git repos, branching, and PR processes.
Automate CI/CD pipelines for Java and .NET apps across OpenShift/OCP, Linux, Windows, SQL Server, Oracle, etc.
Build and deploy applications and container images using ADO pipelines and standard tasks.
Create documentation for automation, processes, architecture, and deployment workflows.
Administer and troubleshoot Red Hat OpenShift (v4) environments.
Create CRD configuration files, Dockerfiles, S2I images, StatefulSets, Helm charts, and deployment manifests.
Manage container image repositories such as Quay.
Integrate SonarQube, Coverity, and Black Duck into CI/CD pipelines.
Manage Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) including performance, capacity, pipelines, Beats, and grok patterns.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployments and upgrades.
Perform system debugging including Linux, Java, networking, SSL, LDAP, and related platform issues.
Required Skills & Experience:
8+ years in Kubernetes/OpenShift engineering.
8+ years in Linux shell scripting (.ksh, bash).
5+ years in application containerization and DevSecOps.
