Mandatory Skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills: Ability to provide best practice solutions on incidents and assess their downstream impact on integrated solutions. Ensure continuity of 'business as usual'.
- Full ownership of support tickets: Work with integration, other process teams, development teams, and 3rd party support providers to resolve tickets within Operational/Service Level Agreement limits.
- SAP Document Declaration process: Involves working with repositories, ArchiveLink scenarios, and Business Workspace configuration.
- Working with multi-cultural support teams: Should be able to work efficiently, effectively, and independently across different geographies.
- Application Performance Monitoring: Ensuring the performance of applications is monitored and maintained.
- Experience with troubleshooting issues: Provide timely resolutions to users.
- OpenText Security: Understanding Active Directory, OT Directory Services, and OT Content Server user, groups, and object privileges.
- Knowledge of Enterprise Connect and troubleshooting: Ability to troubleshoot issues related to Enterprise Connect.
- Knowledge of Archive Center Administrative client usage and error resolution: Handling administrative tasks and resolving errors.
- Understanding of Search and Indexing process: Experience in troubleshooting issues related to search and indexing.
- Hands-on knowledge of OpenText Content Server web reports and live reports: Creating and managing reports.
- Knowledge and troubleshooting skills with xECM integrations and configuration issues: Handling integrations and resolving configuration issues.
- OpenText Directory Services (OTDS): Configuring user partitions, security, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Archive Center job scheduling, maintenance, and troubleshooting: Managing job schedules and maintenance tasks.
- Creating Live Reports/Web Reports: Knowledge of OpenText content server schema and use of tags.
- Ability to write and run SQL select statements: Using OT Schema knowledge and detecting long-running queries.
Nice to Have Skills
- Workflows: Experience with creating and managing workflows.
- Object Importer configuration file creation and updating PowerShell scripts: Handling configuration files and scripts.
- Working knowledge of applying product patches or application upgrades for OpenText Content Server & Archive Server: Managing upgrades and patches.
- Experience in testing the application for Windows patches/MS Office patches: Working with the Infrastructure team to fix issues encountered during testing.
- Server admin monitoring and addressing alerts: Handling server administration tasks.
- Azure DevOps: Experience with Azure DevOps.
- Functional knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, ITIL framework, and Enterprise Service Management concepts: Understanding ITSM processes and frameworks.
