Job Title: Senior Operation Analyst
Location: Remote (Canada)
Duration/Term: Long-Term Contract
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior Operations Analyst to support enterprise-level Identity and Access Management (IAM) services, with a strong focus on the Ping Identity platform and OneUID SSO architecture. This role will manage daily operational tasks, incident resolution, application onboarding, configuration enhancements, and audit support, ensuring a stable and secure authentication experience across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities:
OneUID Operate Services
- Manage incoming tickets and incidents related to the OneUID SSO platform
- Proactively monitor SSO platform health, identify root causes, and drive resolution
- Generate analytical reports to detect network/LDAP gateway issues and remediate or escalate to Ping Identity support
- Assist with PingID MFA enrollment issues, SSL renewals, and feature rollouts like passwordless authentication
- Support SAML certificate renewals for both IdPs and SPs
- Maintain internal documentation (OneUID Wiki) and publish weekly reports on incident trends, user analytics, login activity, and project tracking
Application Onboarding
- Provide production support for 50+ SSO app integrations monthly, based on documentation from Ping Engineering
- Validate configurations and troubleshoot any onboarding issues in real time
Change Management & Configuration
- Conduct LDAP Gateway upgrades and perform post-upgrade validation
- Execute changes in PingFederate, including:
- IdP Adapter and Selector creation/updates
- HTML/message template customization
- Policy tree and fragment updates
- OAuth ATM and OIDC policy configuration
- PingID policy enhancements
Audit & Compliance
- Support quarterly SOX audits by providing secured evidence (e.g., masked screenshots of integrated apps)
- Participate in audit walkthroughs with internal/external auditors and respond to documentation requests as needed
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with Ping Identity suite (PingFederate, PingID, PingAccess, etc.)
- Strong background in SSO, MFA, OAuth, OIDC, SAML, and LDAP
- Familiarity with certificate management (SSL, IdP/SP certs), encryption protocols, and authentication flows
- Experience in incident management and production support within IAM environments
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills
- Experience in supporting enterprise IAM platforms at scale, including application onboarding and compliance
