Schedule: Monday-Thursday 9:00AM-5:30PM
Pay Rate: $23 per hour
Hours: This position is 30 hrs per week.

Position Summary
- Working as part of a team, this role is responsible for ensuring new items and item updates are successfully processed into the US Physical Business label copy systems (GRPS and CDS)
Responsibilities:
- Review interface errors - correct errors and reprocess failures or manually enter in the US Physical Business ERP system and/or the Global item creation system.
- CDS OA set-up process
- GRPS OA set-up process
- Update item master data in the Global item creation system, Random ad-hoc GRPS changes.
- Update item master data in the US Physical Business ERP system, All Labels items setup in CDS daily.
- Cat 4 items setup in CDS daily.
- CDS Confidential items fix artist name & titles.
- CDS items to code as sell down.
- Cutout requests.
- Daily Orchard embargo removal.
- Exclusive flag removal non-embargo items.
- Miscellaneous request from the labels.
- Random ad-hoc CDS changes.
- Ship Hold (add/remove).
- Generate reports.
- Create Excel templates for uploading into the Global item creation system
Qualifications:
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel
