Job Title: Technical Writer
Duration : Long Term Contract
Location- Remote
Job Position Skill Set:
- Work closely with developers, engineers, product owner, program managers, and QA teams to prepare various types of documentation which includes User manuals & guides (e.g., software installation, troubleshooting), API documentation (e.g., RESTful API references, SDK guides), Technical specifications (e.g., system architecture, workflows), Knowledge base articles & FAQs, Standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Communications (internal & External)
- Create diagrams, flowcharts, screenshots, and illustration
