E/M Technician

We are seeking an Engineering Technician to assemble aerospace components. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the team in the assembly of e/m assemblies and hardware. If you have two or more years of experience assembling automotive, aerospace, electronics, or semiconductor equipment, we would like you to join our team.



Target Compensation: $25.00 - 35.00 per hour


First shift - 7:00am - 3:30pm with flexibility

• Work in a high-precision manufacturing environment assembling and testing aerospace components.


• Follow detailed technical procedures to ensure quality and performance.


• learn and apply aerospace manufacturing standards and best practices.


• Assemble mechanical components, subassemblies, and systems according to blueprints, work instructions, and specifications.


• Performmanual brazingof metal parts using torches and appropriate filler materials.


• Inspect joints and assemblies to ensure proper fit and finish.


• Use hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and measurement instruments.


• Ensure parts meet quality and safety standards throughout the assembly process.


• Interpret engineering drawings and schematics to guide work.


• Maintain a clean and organized workstation and follow all safety procedures.


• Report issues or discrepancies to supervisors or engineering.


• Assist with testing and troubleshooting assembled components as needed.
