Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Build and automate analytics workflows to optimize AML detection models and reduce false positives

  • Conduct statistical analysis and threshold testing to improve model performance

  • Develop Python tools/scripts for data profiling and investigations

  • Write complex SQL to analyze large transactional & customer datasets

  • Collaborate with compliance, risk, and data science teams

  • Document methodologies for audit readiness


Must-Have:

  • Bachelor s or Master s in Data Science, Statistics, CS, or related field

  • 3+ years in data analytics/engineering (AML/Fraud domain preferred)

  • Advanced SQL & Python

  • Strong statistical analysis skills

  • Experience working with AML data (alerts, risk scores, case systems)

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with AML tools (Actimize, SAS AML, Oracle FCCM)

  • Knowledge of BSA/AML regulations & model governance

  • Experience with Jupyter, Airflow, Git

  • Background in model validation/audit in regulated environments
