Your role and responsibilities
As an Application Architect specializing in Adobe Experience Manager, Digital Asset Manager, and complimentary Adobe modules, you will play a pivotal role in designing, building, and implementing innovative solutions that meet complex business needs.
Your expertise will be crucial in integrating and optimizing Adobe's cutting-edge technologies, ensuring they align seamlessly with our clients' marketing and data management strategies. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to define architecture roadmaps, assess technical feasibility, and mitigate risks.
Your proficiency in Real-time CDP and analytics will enable you to deliver powerful insights, driving data-backed decision-making and enhancing overall customer experiences. This position demands a blend of deep technical knowledge, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills to lead successful project outcomes.

- At least 3+ years experience leading Adobe content solution implementations
- Provide technical and design leadership to both internal team and client team on implementing Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- Develop Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) code assets
- Configure Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Experience Manager as a Cloud Service
- Create unit and integration test plans to validate overall architecture and design
- Integrate Adobe AEM with additional Adobe products for Analytics, Personalization, and Work Management
- Work in Agile projects and actively participate to achieve project success
- Provide leadership to generate architecture decisions
- Create work products that document and illustrate designs and architecture decisions
Preferred technical and professional experience
- 4+ years experience designing and implementing Adobe solutions
- Multiple certifications in Adobe platform
- Speaking engagements at Adobe Summit

The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
This position is eligible for participation in an IBM Sales Incentive plan. Actual incentive opportunity will be based on performance and the eligible Target Incentive, as addressed in the applicable plan, all of which is subject to change. The compensation range listed for this position is the IBM Reference Salary that is used when you are not actively participating in a sales plan. Your actual base pay plus incentive opportunity will be determined by the Incentive Plan assigned to you.
