Location: Tysons, VA (Onsite 5 days a week)

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct business process analysis to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document project requirements
Facilitate effective communication between business and technical teams
Manage requirements using agile methodologies and ensure timely project delivery
Participate in testing and validation of software solutions
Provide end-user support and training post-implementation
Required Skills:
Proven experience in Business Analysis within the Banking or Financial Services sector
Strong understanding of Agile principles and project management
